Modeling of landscape sculpture: stainless steel sculpture has a variety of shapes, geometric sculpture, round sculpture, abstract, etc., from realism to abstraction, whether it is characters, animals and plants, scenery, symbols, rich in content and strong plasticity. Make a clay sculpture or foam 3D printing sketch model according to the design drawing. After adjusting to all aspects of the shape, there is no problem, and then the sketch is enlarged to the actual size of the product with clay sculpture or foam in equal proportions. Hard material molds, such as plaster, or fiberglass will work. Next, draw the enlarged mold into small blocks to write the number, and then use stainless steel to cut the small blocks according to the size of the mold, and then use a stainless steel plate to manually beat and forge on the mold, and then align the small blocks according to the number. Welding into the whole after seating, the next step is to polish the formed sculpture multiple times to remove all the welding lines. The last and most important part is to spray fluorocarbon paint (automotive paint) on the surface of the formed sculpture. Color or directly mirror polishing, a perfect product is completed.
